The 107,600-square-foot complex includes a large-scale, multi-use space that not only supports PSC's Department of Health and Human Performance's academic, research, and outreach activities, but also provides students with a safe, attractive, and modern athletics and recreational facility, including a full-size track and indoor tennis courts.

The building is equipped with a state of the art lighting control system, full fire alarm system with video smoke detection cameras and state-of-the-art LED lighting fixtures. The building has a 12,470 volt, 15KV substation with 3000KVA to 480/277 volt transformer with distribution section for future projects. The main entrance to the building is 1200 amp and the building systems are backed up with a 300KW roof mounted generator.
