Phillips Exeter Academy - Boiler Plant

This 14,040 square foot Boiler and Electrical renovation started in June of 2009 with the Phase 1 finishing in April of 2010, and Phase 2 to end in June of 2010. Phase 1 and 2 highlighted work consisted of replacing four old boilers, and installing a brand new Fire Alarm System, 1,000 KVA Pad-Mount Transformer, 1600 Amp Switchboard, 500 KW Diesel Generator, and provided branch piping, wiring, and connections to seventy-one pieces of mechanical plumbing and heating equipment, as well as over twenty-one control panels. The entire building renovation ran through prime heating season with various cut-overs.

Residence Inn by Marriott - Portwalk Place

The Marriott Portwalk Place and Harbor Lights Event Center @ 100 Deer Street, Portsmouth, NH. This facility consists of 128 rooms, which are comprised of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and master suite rooms. The building has six meeting rooms, four of which open to a grand ballroom, exercise room, pool, bar and full banquet kitchen. This beautifully designed 5-story building sits in the down town historic water front area, overlooking the I-95 Gateway Bridge into NH from Maine. Total square footage of building is 98,208 +/-. This project was built in 10½ months.
