Located at St. Paul’s School in Concord New Hampshire, the new Lindsey Math and Science Building is the newest addition to the school campus. The new building is 70,000 square feet with three floors housing labs and classrooms. The building also includes a solar observatory, state of the art science projection sphere, a greenhouse, robotics lab, central lab support and student study areas, as well as solar electric and hydronic panels located on the roof. All heating, cooling, and electrical energy systems are all linked to a BAS system with a touch screen dash board located in the lobby for the student to use and learn firsthand about building systems, and energy consumption as well as cost. The building has a backup generator system, along with a Lutron Lighting Controls System, along with a new Tele/data MDF with Cat 6 infrastructure throughout the building all being backed up by a new UPS system.
